Rio Tinto needed to train staff in engaging external contractors, providing real life scenarios and simulations to deliver an effective learning process.
The solution was a custom developed eLearning application combining .net programming & Flash technology. It allows staff to progress through simulated tests and quizzes based on real life situations and scenarios.
